to some 7 million people.

- Plan B is famous because it is the one we always go to once our Plan A fails,
for some reason or another. However, when Plan B fails us too, then this is
where we have to turn to Plan C. This is the idea that immigrant rights
advocates in Congress are trying to execute after Plans A and B will fail.
Since
the beginning of the term of President Joe Biden's administration, there has
been an effort to push through immigration reform to provide a path to
citizenship or permanent residence for the millions of unfounded immigrants
situated around the United States. However, the efforts made in Congress for
this purpose have not been successful.
Among
the reasons for the failures of Plans A and B is that Democrats and Republicans
are tied in the Senate with 50 senators each. The real problem, however, has
not been that the voting on the aforementioned plans A and B ended at a 50/50
count — in which case Vice President Kamala Harris would decide the vote — but
that two Democratic senators have decided not to support the same.
Plan
A, the most ambitious of the three, sought to establish a path to citizenship
for the roughly 11 million undocumented immigrants in the US but failed.
Meanwhile, the failed Plan B was limited to seeking residency for TPS or DACA
recipients, undocumented farmers, and essential workers during the pandemic.
BidenNews Today - Now, Plan C seeks to grant a kind of conditional permission
("parole") for the same groups that Plan B sought permanent
residence. However, this conditional permit would not give way to residency,
much less citizenship. It would simply consist of a work and security permit
against deportation for 5 years, which could be extended for another 5 years.

Naturally,
this is not what we expected, much less what we wanted. But the reality is that
the political climate in Washington is very charged, and in this situation, it
is better to move slowly than not at all. Plans A and B have already failed,
the so-called Plan C is the best option left for the moment.
Currently,
this Plan C is on its way to the Senate, included in the budget bill approved
in a 220-213 vote in the House of Representatives, as stated by Biden News
Today.
Biden
- So, my recommendation is that beyond staying informed of what is happening,
make sure that all the people who can do it, communicate with the senators of
their state to show their support for Plan C and try to convince them that it
is not eliminated from the budget project.
If
approved in the Senate, about 7 million immigrants would benefit from the
proposal. Biden News Today - As I always remind you, these expressions are

Joe Biden - If you or someone you know has initiated or plans to initiate any immigration procedure, especially those discussed here, I recommend that you consult with an experienced immigration attorney, duly owned up to learning law, to talk about the interior of your case. Lastly, never entrust your cases to notaries.
